Usenix to open up conference proceedings archive
Oliver Herold wrote me to tell me that
USENIX, the ``Advanced Computing Systems Association'', AKA
long-time Unix-conference organizers, have announced
Open Public Access to All its Conference Proceedings: ``The USENIX
Association, a leading forum for presenting cutting edge developments in
computing, announced today that open access to its conference proceedings
will now be available free of charge to the general public. In doing so,
USENIX continues to fulfill its mission to support and disseminate research
in advanced computing.''
