[20060504] netKSB - NetBSD Kernel configuration System
netKSB is ``a small, free and potentially useful tool for building NetBSD kernels and complete releases from source. It doesn't change the way NetBSD is compiled today (using make or build.sh), but offers an alternative interface to it. This project is "standing on the shoulders of giants".

The goals are to simplify configuration and building of NetBSD by providing a simple user interface for creating kernel configuration files (both manually and auto generated), configure and start builds via build.sh and provide easy access to system documentation. The first version offers an interface based on curses, but later on an interface based on libraries for the X Window System (like Gtk or Qt) will also be implemented. netKSB is in an initial state of development, meaning that many features are still missing and it's a bit rough around the edges. ''

See the website for more information, including some screenshots of the curses user interface.
