Survey on future (software and other) patents by the European Commission
Not directly related to NetBSD again, but this may very well change
if things go bad: The European Commission will do another round on
patents (software and other), and to evaluate the current wishes and
desires of people, there is a
survey
that can (and probably should, at least by EC citizens) be answered.
