ACLs vs. Extended Attributes vs. Subfiles vs. NFSv4 vs. Shootme
The recent addition of extended attributes (EAs) to UFSv1 brought
up a discussion of what to use EAs for, what alternatives are there,
how each is used in existing systems, interoperability and so
on. A bit much noise for a bit too less signal for my taste, but
good to get some ideas and views. See the "UFS ACLs and Extended attributes"
