Titlepage

For every document, either converted to PDF or HTML, there needs to be a starting page in HTML. The page should contain a picture of the book's cover, and the text of the book's back. This titlepage should be designed after the guidelines of the publisher of the book, so all the books of one publisher look the same. If the conversion is into PDF, there should also be a table of contents in HTML besides the titlepage, so anyone interrested in the book doesn't have to download the whole document for having a first look on that's in there.
